Aurora

well it has once again been a long time since i have updated. So here are some new pictures finally.

Aurora is almost 6 months old already!! time sure flies!! she is almost crawling. it's so funny to watch her rock back and forth on her hands and knees. she eats food now too which is hilarious. she loves it. :)

Happy Easter

Here is Auroralyn on Easter morning in her new dress that her Nanna made her. I wanted to get a family picture but it didn't happen. oh well. she's the cute one anyway

3 months old

Auroralyn is now 3 1/2 months old. man time really flys! She loves bathtime.... of course she has since her 3rd bath.

She's been rolling for about a month now and is getting quite good at it. She also loves to talk. she yells and coos and talks.
She just started to laugh a week or so ago so that is really fun. She gets very amused by the songs i make up for her. lol

She sleeps in some of the strangest positions. she slept like this for over two hours. i finally woke her up because i was afraid she wouldn't sleep at night!!

Two months old!!

I can't believe how fast time has gone!! Auroralyn is already more than 2 months old!! She has grown so much!! she had a doctors appointment yesterday and she weighs 10lb 5 oz now and is 24 inches long!!
She is getting into a bit more of a schedule so that is helping me. she just gets cuter every day i think. she smiles all the time now and is starting to "talk" so that is really fun. in the next couple weeks she should start to talk a lot more. i am looking forward to that because her little voice is so cute.
She is a bit of a stinker who has everyone wrapped around her little finger, she wants to be held constantly and gets ticked when she isn't. lol.

I am finally not pregnant anymore, our little daughter was born at 1:30 pm on Monday afternoon, she decided to wait till the last minute before they were going to induce me. Labour was pretty intense, i definately could have used some stronger drugs. lol. the hospital i was at doesn't do epidurals.

She is doing well, she's just the cutest baby i've ever seen. we were comparing pictures of her to pictures of me when i was a baby and beside my lips being a little fuller and my face a little rounder she looks identical, it's funny. She actually looks a LOT like Allistair did when he was a newborn too.

So now that i gave all that random info, we would like to introduce Auroralyn Jane born on December 29th weighing 7lb 9oz and is 20 1/2 inches long.

yes...i'm overdue

so we are officially overdue, fun fun. at my appointment today they told me they would induce me if the baby isn't born by Monday.

I am not afraid to be induced or anything but would prefer to go on my own as i really want to deliver at the Hospital i had planned to. Since it's Christmas time though there won't be a surgeon in and they won't induce you without a surgeon being there in case they need to do a c-section. (i don't know why it is different than going in normally becuase you could still need an emergency c-section but whatever) so pray that i will go in before Monday!!!!!

At least there is an end in site now..... lol

By the way Merry Christmas!! i can hardly believe tomorrow is already Christmas Eve!!!

my mom was a little hyper today so yeah.... she was tormenting me.

still hanging in there, hoping this weekend will be it with the full moon but not really holding my breath either. LOL.
